And Sidamo got a nice write up in the Hill Rag.We sat outside @ P&P on Fri...perfect for a warm night...too bad all the places on H don't have that much space for outdoor seating. The place was hopping, glad to see they're doing well.
Hello,
I didnt know that P&P offered out door seating. This is great.I was there recently.I noticed that there was one person running the entire operation, from making drinks to cooking and serving the food.As a bussiness,I know that times are hard and we cut as much overhead as possible.I think that with the location, great renovation, decent bar food and drinks, you do your bussiness a disservice when you dont have proper staff to accommodate busy nights.I really like this place and want to see it succeed.
What’s needed in the H Street/Trinidad neighborhood is a Zips Dry Cleaners, Target, and Costco’s. Can someone work that into the plans?
