She should pay more attention to the Water Ice place, they've gotten quite uppity and rude lately there.
One woman who worked there took a good 5 minutes of convincing to sell me a cheesesteak. She didn't want to prepare it because they were open for less than an hour more. If they're rude like that again, I'm done with that place.
I for one cannot wait unitl the new water ice/ice cream place opens. In the beginning Philly Water Ice was great, then I noticed the quality started to decline, and prices started to rise. I have never run into the rude service metioned previously.
I love both places. The Water Ice and The Kids Spa. I have never ran into bad service either, but I know if you have she is very approachable and you can let her no about your issues and I'm sure she will fix the problem.

I'm glad to see her get some good press. She's worked very hard, and contributes often to the surrounding community.
