A look at what's going on in Trinidad, on H Street, and in the larger area north of Capitol Hill.
HA. I believe I looked at this house about 4 years ago when it was partially torn down. If they had accepted my (admittedly lowball offer) I probably would have bought it. Oh well. If its the right house, it has an absolutely HUGE yard.

I'm in final negotiations to purchase this property. It'll be a great location for my funeral parlor!

FYI, it looks like the trolley line is really happening... They are also laying new rail on Benning...
