While walking down H Street the other day I noticed a sign outside Buka (a West African restaurant located at 1413 H Street) advertising an Obama chicken lunch special served with home fries. No word on whether the the chicken is cooked Kenyan style, fried American style, or prepared in another way.
It brought to mind the story of restaurant in Brooklyn that drew a mixed reaction to its name change (the new name was Obama Fried Chicken).

Obama chicken costs $87 per serving and after you've paid, they give it to the guy behind you.
When i was in detroit, I saw an Obama auto repair. Wish I had a picture.
Cheney chicken would look right up at you and tell you to go f*&% yourself.
random. is philadephia water ice open in their new location yet? I have been wanting soft serve ice cream for days.
thanks.
Philadelphia Water Ice didn't move, only some of the children's stuff.
I think the special is named after Obama's recent performance in the polls. "Falling like a rock!".
off topic: i went by Sweets & Treats the other day and noticed she has closed up shop for good it appears. sign is gone and the fixtures inside removed.
Sweets and Treats has indeed closed down.
A serving of Cheney Chicken adds five trillion to the national debt and kills hundreds of thousands of innocent people. They give it to you, not the guy behind you, and you're glad, 'cause unless you're an executive at an oil company, drug company, at Halliburton or on Wall Street, that's all you got out of the eight years prior to Obama.
