“Gouden Carolus and Friends” Beer Dinner and Demo On Wednesday October 7th

Join Granville Moore's Chef Teddy Folkman and Beverage Director Patrick McMonagle as they present a 5-Course Dinner complete with Beer Pairings from the Gouden Carolus family and cooking demos.

Social Half-Hour
7:00pm – 7:30pm

Assorted Cheese, Pate and Meats
House-Made Pate, Cured Sausages and Cheeses, Selected by Cheese Expert Karen Dee of International Gourmet
Beer – Triple

Dinner
7:30pm – 10:00pm

Warm Lobster Salad
Diced Ambrio Poached Maine Lobster, Frisse, Black Truffles, Fried Capers, Black Pepper Potato Chips and White Balsamic Dressing

Seared Duck Breast
Long Island Duck, Grilled Poblano Peppers and Butternut Squash with Raspberry Gastrique
Beer – Classic

Crispy Skinned Grouper
Gulf Coast Grouper, Root Vegetable “Home-Fries”, Keizer Blue Vanilla Crème
Beer – Keizer Blue

Egg Ravioli and Bolognese
House-Made Egg Ravioli with a Bison and Lamb Bolognese
Beer – Lucifer
