I love that H Street is expanding with the restaurants and I'm so excited by the changes esp since we have a lack of good sit-down restaurants on the strip. However as a Resident, I would love to see a new Gym to replace the one that closed about a year ago...a bookstore/study zone to replace the shuttered Library, and maybe a local police station just on the strip to replace the H Street Martini Lounge.....just things to make the area liveable for Residents and just not a party locale for the rest of D.C. if possible.

a small police substation on H would be a great idea.
