In other news, the DC Government reports closing "Platinum Catering" at "650 H St., NE" in December for "Operating a food establishment without a valid license issued by the Mayor."

Rumor has it that Bobby Pittman will run against Drew Ronneberg to fill the ANC seat vacated by Joe Fengler at the February ANC 6A meeting.

Rock and Roll ping pong was SO much fun that Fritz is leaving the tables up until Wednesday's regular half-price burger night. (Veggie burgers too!)
There will be the Ping Pong $3 Bud Light Special, in addition to the $3 rail cocktails from 6 to 9 PM.

The latest is that we've got a special Master of the League who will maintain a website with scores, brackets, etc! Trophies, cash prizes, gift certificates for the R&R, and more...

People are signing up already. Even those who hadn't played in a looong time. OK, a little sloppy play as they got back into the feel of it, but this is a great way to be somewhere else besides under that blanket inside your house hiding from the cold.

Nope, the paddles and balls are already there, waiting for you!
Just bring yourself.

Don't worry if you haven't played it a long time. Some of us were downright awful, but got into pretty quickly.
Nobody was ready for the Olympics, so everybody should have a great time.
