Thalia Wiggins, New 5B06 Commissioner

I was unable to attend the meeting due to a family obligation, but I just learned the results of tonight's vote. Thalia Wiggins won. Here are the final numbers:

    Didn't Kelvin Robinson elect himself with one vote? His own.
    Now he's the ANC6a Chairman after being on the Commission less than a year.
