Fantastic choice. Thalia is an amazing human being and true Trinidad devotee. I no longer live in Trinidad but, I always remember her as the neighbor who never forgot my name and always seemed actively involved in the progress of her community. GO THALIA!!!!
I've never voted in this type of election so forgive my ignorance, but what kind of ID do we need to present to vote? Do they need some sort of proof of residency in the neighborhood?
