    I want to thank everyone who came out last night to vote in the special election. Despite all the snow and ice, voter turnout was extremely high.

    This is a perfect setting for a comedy movie. One man's struggle against a small community to voice his opinions. We have all the necessary characters and ingredients in abundance around H-street with election being the climax. Can someone please script it already?

    I live on 3rd and H, there were no gun shots, and no cop cars here all day. Not sure why someone would make that up.
