CP: Capital City Diner

The City Paper sneaks a peak at the Capital City Diner. By the way, the diner guys just got their business license today. I stopped by recently and the diner is really cool on the inside. I think people will be very pleased.

    Their website says they'll be open on Tuesday, February 23rd..
