From the Maine Ave Fish Market to H Street?

A reader writes in and directs us to the Yelp page for a Maine Avenue Fish Market restaurant called Jimmy's Seafood Grill. One of the comments suggests that the owner seeks to open up a restaurant on H Street. There isn't really any indication of NE, NW, SE, ect., but it sounds like it merits further investigation. Plus, I haven't been to the Fish Market in forever. Thanks to Charles, who writes:
"If true, this would be sweet. Jimmy's has amazing homemade stuff, from coleslaw to pies, and their seafood rocks," for the tip.

Yes, I talked to the owner at Jimmy's last summer, and he told me his plans to open an actual sit-down restaurant near Union Station. So, I'm guessing NE.

Jimmy's is AWESOME! Half the fun is Jimmy going into auction mode, getting people to order various sandwiches. Great desserts, which you can sample on the waterfront. My favorite place on the MAFM.

Always a big diverse crowd lined up for excellent food. They do so many things so well, which is amazing considering they do it all from a cramped barge. This is would be an awesome addition to H Street. Hopefully on the West side!

Their pies and cakes and crab balls are fudging incredible! Told us he was coming to H last summer as soon as they raised enough capital. Please, God, let it happen soon!
