There is no "bolded portion". But i guess you were talking about the part the says beverage license fraudulent obtained and maintained.

Isn't the Majestic closed? I went there once back in '05 or '06 and it was alright, but nothing special. Then it just closed one day, although it appeared to continue to be used for special events.
