About 523 H Street
It will be a restaurant/bar with 33 seats. It has a cellar, first floor, and mezzanine of sorts. That's all I've got for now. I did hear sports bar a while back.
I will believe it when I see it. More likely, this assclown plans to do a crummy job quasifixing up the place and then will ask for a $1 million for it.
Guys, please be polite. Remember that these people are your neighbors. I ask also that anonymous users leave some kind of tag [e.g. big green cat] for the sake of being able to follow a thread. Be respectful and have fun.

If he wants to sell beer at his bar he'll certainly need to talk to the ANC!

ReplyDeleteIt was recently on the market for $950,000. Ridiculously overpriced. Not sure whether it traded but I doubt it at that price.
