Why do businesses on H street NE fail? Maybe because of business practices like these. At 3:15pm on the Saturday before Mother's Day I walked into NOUVEAU FLEUR at 500 H street NE and the owner Debbie, while serving a customer, informed me that they were closed. Their sign on the door says closed at 3:30pm on Saturdays. Guess she didn't need my business .......ever.
Wow. That is really not like her (Debbie)at at all. I've found her consistently going the extra mile to accommodate. Please give her another chance. sharon

I had the same experience on the same day, only a little earlier.
To be fair, she indicated that the reason they were closed was because they were doing an event, and were leaving to go to that event.
