why haven't we heard from the commissioner of 5B10 about this? it's right across the street from her SMD, and all liquor licenses are bad for the community, right?

The Hendersons don't seem to look to the south. I also saw something about a move to withdraw the app. At the time I assumed it was just a modification. Now I don't know.
