Thx, everybody. Nobody hurt. Damage in kitchen. Thanks to the amazing person/ppl who called 911 and to @dcfire for such a quick response.

It's a bad fire. A source reports that the damage on the H Street side is much more severe than the damage visible on the Maryland Avenue side. This is a really bad fire folks.
