DCRA has issued the guys at Capital City Diner a permit for outdoor seating. This gives the diner 14 additional seats, for a total of 50. Capital City Diner is located at 1050 Bladensburg Road (across the street from Jimmy Valentine's).

I talked to the guys at the Diner, and they didn't think an actual permit had been issued yet. It looks like this is a Certificate of Occupancy load change issued in preparation for the patio.
