Ryan Gordon on Chefs v. City

The Examiner's Yeas and Nays says Chef Ryan Gordon, who currently cooks at the Pug (1234 H Street) and Little Miss Whiskey's, was recently filmed for an episode of the Food Network's Chefs vs. City. Gordon is working on the space that will house his own place, a British style pub called the Queen Vic (1206 H Street).

"Chef Ryan Gordon of the Pug"

Is he chef de cuisine or chef de partie? Anyone know who the new sommelier will be now that Paul seems to have moved on?

Ryan does brunch on Saturdays at the Pug. He sometimes grills at Little Miss Whiskey's.

Yes, chef ryan does brunch at the pug, his upcoming tv appearance is going to make him even sexier. I cannot disclose who crafts the cheeseballs for us. Trade secret. Don't worry, paul will be make occasional appearances. Speaking of somalians, we are going to be introducing some wines at the pug in an effort to make that beverage just a little less pretensious. Some male patrons at the pug do infrequently get dates and i'ld like to give those ladies an option besides natty bo. I may also roll out some new beers for the world cup.
