DeBonis: Gray's Streetcar Funding History

Mike Debonis of the Washington Post pulls out a four year ago letter from Gray to then Mayor Williams in which Gray strongly opposed shifting funding away from the streetcar.  Others signing their John Hancock to the letter: Kwame Brown, and...Marion Barry. Yeah, Marion Barry. You'll also want to check out this Greater Greater Washington post entitled "Barry Surprised at Streetcar Plan from Barry Mayoralty". This is getting just a tad embarrassing.
