The funny thing is that Pepco's response is about as helpful as these tweets from (presumably) fake Pepco:

Does anyone know if this has affected any residential power? I am hoping that they are on a different grid than those of us that lost power on Linden (and surrounding blocks) over the last few days, but to say that I am nervous is a complete understatement.
If anyone has any information on this, I would really appreciate it. If my block has lost power again, I really need to try and leave work early in order to make arrangements to stay elsewhere, and to potentially board my dogs.
AAAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHH!
It sounds like power is back on.
Am I the only one who has absolutely no idea what those fake pepco posts say?
It's Slovak. Here's what a translator says:
yak exam?
where you going to take gibberish?
It's actually a real account, just not for Pepco. I meant that Pepco has been so totally unhelpful that they might as well be speaking a foreign language. The communication is that bad!
