H Street NE is closed going behind Union, where at least 2 firetrucks, an ambulance and a squad car can be seen. But not much urgent activity.
Just ran by there and there's a bus with a couple of windows broken out on N. Cap @ H. Doesn't look like a jumper.
The bus is broken down and unrelated to the jumper.
Per DDOT (@3:42PM): "DCFD is on the scene for a bus fire in the area of N Cap & H Street NE, the roadways are affected, it is best to use alternate routes by avoiding the area."
Also Penn Ave NW from 6th north closed this afternoon with police activity, including bomb squad.
