Special Topic: Parking Enforcement

We'll be joined by representatives from DPW - Parking Enforcement to discuss neighborhood parking issues and enforcement.
Also, a discussion on prostitution in the vicinity of 2nd, 3rd, K, and Parker Sts NE.

    will the prostitution discussion include a tutorial? i.e. how to get one, which ones are good, how to haggle

    3rd and K St is the new intern housing. I haven't seen a tranny pro since they moved in last month. It was my understanding they moved closer to N. Capitol.
