DC Gets Additional NSP Funds

HUD, through its Neighborhood Stabilization Program, has given the District $5 million to be spent on three neighborhoods. Trinidad/Ivy City (I'm not sure if this includes more of cluster 23) is one such targeted area. I would expect most of the cluster 23 funding to go to Ivy City, as that's where the Department of Housing and Community Development ("DHCD" administers the HUD funds) seems to be focused at the moment.
