Victim is an adult male with non-life threatening injuries. From the Post:

In the first incident, officers responded to the 1700 block of Trinidad Avenue NE and found an adult male at about 2 p.m,. police and fire department officials said. The man's wound is not believed to be life-threatening, said Pete Piringer, a fire and emergency services department spokesman.
