Sometimes They Come Back...

Halloween decorations I mean. The crew at Capital City Diner tweets that they put out Halloween decorations on Saturday, only to find them mysteriously missing on Sunday. Owner Matt Ashburn reviewed the security tapes and posted the thief's image at a nearby bus stop and liquor store yesterday, and today the missing items had reappeared. Pretty impressive.
