Are you sure this place is actually open yet. I've gone by there twice this week in the early evening and it was closed and it didn't even look like the place had been touched since the previous business moved out other than the banner out front.
I just went to Chuck's and was told they will open up during the week in a couple of weeks. They are trying to build up a clientele. Their bbq was pretty good. I had the ribs and they tasted like I was in Texas. There sides were only soso. I had the greens and the mac and cheese and I can say I have had much better.
I had Chuck's Wagon BBQ today and it was delicious! The ribs and sides were great, and I thoroughly enjoyed the sweet potato cupcake. If you like authentic Southern style BBQ, you should definitely give them a try.
Guys, please be polite. Remember that these people are your neighbors. I ask also that anonymous users leave some kind of tag [e.g. big green cat] for the sake of being able to follow a thread. Be respectful and have fun.
Anybody know their hours? I drove by last night in a hunger and they were closed up tight.
