H Street Eats Returns

H Street Eats is back by popular demand, and it kicks off January 17th. H Street Eats is like a Restaurant Week just for places along the H Street Corridor. Fixed priced dining for $20.11 (at some places, this buys a meal for two) makes this a great chance to check out a new place.

Cool. Elise, do you know if there's a way to get updates for folks who don't use Facebook or Twitter? Does it have an associated blog which one can subscribe to via RSS or something like that? Thanks.

Chris,
As far as I know those are the only two outlets.

Chris,

We'll actually be posting the listings on both of our websites: capitolhill.org and whatthehill.org just as soon as the list is complete. Should be no later than tomorrow!

How does one enter the new Red Palace? I went by during business hours on Monday, but only saw a sign on the former PoW that said "enter at 1212" and that 1212 (the former door to Red&Black) was locked with the cage shut over it. I feel like an idiot for asking, but I just want an Iron City!

And on that note, what are Smith Commons hours? They list a HH from Tues-Fri. Does that mean they are closed the other days? Went by Monday around dinner time and they were having a staff meeting.

Red Palace still operates as 2 different bars. Palace was closed Mondays not sure of the new schedule. But you just go into either bar as you normally would. The performance is now upstairs.
