Long awaited dumpling and ramen bar
Toki Underground has posted its menu and additional information on its website. Toki is located at 1234 H Street above
the Pug. Once Toki is up and running they will also be turning out food for the Pug. Look for an opening in February.

Hmm... I don't see anything new there, just the same old "sign up for info" box.
Is there a direct link to the menu somewhere? I need to know what I'll be ordering!

It's going to be nice to have another takeout option on the strip. Good food, not too expensive, right up my alley. Can't wait.
They've got Calpis Water!!!
Dedicated,
hmm, the link I provided should take you right to the main site (I don't see the sign up for info box when I follow it, but I do see the menu links).
After living in Japan for 6 years - I CRAVE ramen....frequently. I will be there the day they open! Can't. Wait!
Also, inked, thanks so much for always posting information about the local area - much appreciated!
No Pho Dog??!!
Dedicated, try a hard refresh (ctrl-F5) when you visit the site. That should solve your problems.
Looks like the opening date got pushed back to "Early February." Wasn't it mid-January?

is this place owned by the dj that often spins at little miss whiskeys?
Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait. Dumplings for every meal.

Having lived in Japan for over five years (and returning frequently to visit in-laws, as my wife is Japanese), I am a ramen fiend. I occasionally traveled several hours to other Japanese cities just to check out top-ranked ramen spots. Thus, whenever I get my regular cravings for authentic ramen I head to my hometown of New York City and grab bowls at Rai Rai Ken (the best I've had in the US), Setagaya, Ippudo, etc. Naturally, I was extremely excited to find out about Toki Underground to bring the real deal to DC. Now I'm beginning to wonder if this place will EVER open. With all due respect, it's not that hard to open a ramen-ya. A good ramen-ya, yes. A ramen-ya period, no. I first started hearing about this place in Sept 2009, so I'm honestly becoming more than a bit skeptical now about the management...which gives me obvious concerns about what to eventually expect. What's the deal?!
Toku,
Very soon. I promise. The place looks awesome.
