HWDC: Mental Health Evaluation Ordered in Double Shop Murder

Homicide Watch D.C. reports that the judge in the trial of accused murderer Christian Taylor, 26, has ordered Taylor to undergo a mental health evaluation after Taylor told the judge he did not understand the charges, or what was happening in court. Taylor allegedly gunned down father and son shopkeepers (32-year-old Li-Jen Chih and 59-year-old father, Ming-Kun Chih) last June. According to Homicide Watch D.C., he also faces other charges. In fact, they say he's currently facing six charges of first degree murder, as well as charges for armed robbery, and weapons possession. Taylor tested positive for cocaine at the time of his arrest.
