DCmud: Steuart To Break Ground By July
This seems a tad optimistic to me, but DCmud reports that Steuart plans to break ground on its new mixed use development in the 300 block of H Street by July. To review, this project will feature a Giant grocery store, and 215 apartment units. The entire project is slated for delivery in early 2013.
