Haaa..already did. Smokin bargains to be found, esp on 1200 block of Florida, Morse and Neal. Great housing stock there and it goes downhill as you move north - ie houses get smaller. I love my house.
It looks like someone is doing some serious renovations to the houses at 1308 and 1310 Florida. Can't wait to see what they look like when they go on the market.
imgoph: they cut the grass and reboarded all the windows. I guess they got tired of paying all the fines. Why won't you sell, you stupid man? PS the backyard is wide open now as someone cut the chain...
Hmm, the timer to by was 1990s, I bought in 2004, and again in 2008. I'm considering buying again. It's a great place. All those who will be good neighbors are welcome.
Anon 3:45, it was 2003 or before. My house went up $115K in the year before I bought in 2004. Prices went down to 2004 levels again and were there still a year ago, but now, let 'er rip!! :-) Although I wish I was like Robby and had two.
1308 Florida is owner occupied. Renovations are being done at 1306 and 1310 and the owner has NO intentions on placing the homes on the market for sale.

wish someone would do something with 1256 Florida Avenue NE. that house is going to crumble if it's neglected much longer.
The time to buy in Trinidad was in 2003-2004.
