What a tragedy.
What was she wearing at the time of the attack?
A t-shirt and shorts? A polo and khakis? A sundress? Why in the world do you ask?
Anyone know who this is and how we can help the children?

Did this really happen? I live on that block and didn't see anything but a nice calm night.
Robby,
It happened in the afternoon, in the alley by the basketball court.
The gate to my backyard was actually inside the cordoned off area of the alley; my roommate accidentally crossed into the crime scene when taking out the trash, not realizing that anything had happened.
I was (and still am)a bit concerned that there wasn't a police alert sent on this (that I got at least). I have a hard time understanding why some incidents never get disseminated to the public, especially things as serious as this.
