Tom Seitsema Hangs Out on H
Photo provided by the Atlas Room
Washington Post food critic Tom Seitsema has rolled out his fall list of restaurants where he'd like to be a regular. Ethiopic (401 H Street) and the Atlas Room (1015 H Street) both get a nod.

Unfortunately he generally doesn't like H Street restaurants. He usually has negative comments for Granville's, Toki (even though he said he hasn't been there yet) and other places on his weekly chat. Great to see Ethopic and Atlas Room in here though. That should bring more people to the area.
replace rat with incompetent, snide server and you're on target. Of course that applies to all of the "hip" spots on H under that ownership umbrella. Hell, all of D.C., for that matter.

I looked twice and din't see Ethiopic on there.
4:50,
It's under Ethiopian, and it's the 10th place on the list.
I have a few bad things to say about Granville's, too. Like - they still haven't got any control over their rat problem.
Anon 6:33pm -- proof? Or are you just a scumbag?
actually their rats are delicious. especially with the garlic aioli and frites.
