There's a really cool event taking place at Rock and Roll Hotel (1353 H Street) this Sunday. It's Brooklyn Brewery's The Chinese Takeout Experiment. Amateur cooks will face off against each other to cook their own versions of Chinese carryout favorites. Anyone can compete. The grand prize winner will go on to compete in New York. The best part? Anyone can attend. Tickets are $12.
