Join the DC Bocce League at Kingsman Field

home

The DC Bocce League is starting a new division at Kingsman Field (1314 D Street). they are looking for more players. Info below:

The DC Bocce League, which began in 2004 on Capitol Hill in SE, is full of players in their 20s and 30s (average age: 29) who like to be socially active and involved in their community.  We are trying to reach out to the H Street folks to let them know that they can take advantage of this opportunity and play bocce right in their neighborhood.  After games, players will head to Star and Shamrock for food and beers with their friends and teammates.  Our season will end with a bocce tournament on 11/17 which will award the divisional champion a donation to a charity of their choosing.  To date, DC Bocce has donated over $85,000 to charity in addition to performing countless acts of community service.  If you need more information on the League, please visit our website at www.dcbocce.com or on Facebook at www.facebook.com/dcbocce.

The season starts October 6th and registration closes Monday, 10/1.
