HSCDC HQ at 501 H NE is back the on market.Deal is off w/ Jair Lynch for mixed-use project on this site. The news spread quickly, with Urban Turf rapidly turning the tidbit into an article. What exactly does this mean for H Street? Only that Jair Lynch will not bring a 48 unit mixed use (residential, with ground floor retail) project to the site. This news has zero impact on the planned 240 unit Jair Lynch project slated to start next year in the 600 block of H Street.

The HSCDC is shady. All ya ever see is them getting catered food, and then employees walking out with it.
