Local News Round Up

The Washington Post covers the deaf scene on H Street. They also report on the progress at Impala (a mexican restaurant that served wildly popular tacos at a pop up a while back). FYI, you can still get their tacos at the Pug on Tuesdays. The Washington City Paper talks about some recent local recipients of Great Streets grants.
There's a recent proposal to move bike traffic of H Street, and on to proposed bike lanes on I and G Streets. Greater Greater Washington has an article about it. To me, such a move makes sense. The streetcar tracks make it dangerous to ride in the street, and riding on the sidewalk can be hazardous during busy hours.
