Though you might need to bundle up a bit for the films at the end of this run, I'm sure this new series of outdoor movies at Union Market will prove immensely popular. This summer they showed several films, and the events were very well attended. As before, these free movies are projected onto the side of Union Market. Many Union Market vendors stay open late to to serve you food and drink. For those who don't care to drive, there is also a section reserved for attendees who choose to walk, or bike, to the event. The new lunchtime shuttle the Roadie is pressed into service, ferrying visitors to and from the Metro before and after shows. Gates open at 6pm, gates close to cars at 7:45pm, and the movie starts at 8pm.
