Nice of Vendetta, h Street County Club, Little Miss Whiskey, and the Rock and Roll Hotel to try to get rid of their settlement agreements (aka voluntary agreements) with the community without talking to the ANC. Rumor is that they want to keep their decks open later. ANC 6A has bent over backwards to be helpful to these bars.. Too bad that they didn't appreciate it.
I am definitely in favor of all the bars Anon listed having later opening hours for their decks. They are all responsible.
I think they are looking for consistency. Cusbah is allowed to have their patio open later and it seems arbitrary and unfair.
As soon as weed is legal, all of these places are going to be dead.
