ANC 5D06 SMD Meeting 12/9

There's an ANC 5D06 Single Member District meeting on proposed on the zoning exemption at 1125 Neal Street. The meeting has been called by Commissioner Tina Laskaris. It will be held at 6:30pm at Joe Cole Rec (1299 Neal Street). The property was previously used as a child development center, and Higher Development Academy is seeking a Special Exception from the Board of Zoning Adjustment to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy to use the building to work with adults rather than with children. This program would be adjacent to the Center City Public Charter School  Trinidad campus (formerly Holy Name).
