What's going on in the builing? It says "Radius at the Ohio" on some of the permits and I've seen people doing some extensive, if infrequent, renovation activities inside.
11:12, Radius was an old project that never quite got off the ground. I don't really know what's going on over there now. I think they are just getting ready to lease it.
