Thanks to Dave Stroup for the heads up.
I spoke briefly to the firefighters, and they said there were no injuries, and that no one was home when the fire broke out.

I assume not since they said everyone was safe.
House was under contract and was being worked on the day of the fire. I wonder how this will affect the sale now.
