Spotted this bike behind the H St Parking shed at 1004 H St NE. Was unsure if I'm completely paranoid in thinking that it was stolen and someone had stashed it there. Maybe someone illegally dumped it there? Who knows? In any case, take a close look if your family is missing a bike or you know a kid who is missing a bike.

The rear tire doesn't look original and the
seat is missing. it could have been scrapped.
not that a few bits couldn't make it a great kids bike
