I recently fostered a dog, and he escaped from my house on Saturday, April 5th at 1:30 p.m.. He left my house at 3 and C NE and ran down East Capitol toward Lincoln Park. His name is Sigmund (but doesn't answer to it) and looks like a yorkshire terrier, but is about 15 pounds.
