CanMoore Smoothies: Turning H Street Into "Healthy" Street
This past weekend, I had a chance to talk to Greg, one of the owners of the new CanMoore Fresh Fruit Smoothies outdoor stand (on the corner next to AutoZone, 1207 H St). Their smoothies are made from all natural ingredients, with a variety of fresh fruit and juice options to choose from (apple, mango, banana, etc).
Turnout seemed pretty brisk. In fact, he sold three smoothies in the few minutes I was talking to him! I tried one myself and they're pretty tasty. Have any of you tried CanMoore Fresh Fruit Smoothies yet?
They're open Monday-Thursday 11am-7pm, Fridays 11am-8pm, Saturdays 11am-7pm and Sundays 1-6pm. Do your taste buds a favor and check them out!
update: I spoke with Greg and apparently he was involved in an accident that damaged his food cart. As a result, the smoothie stand will be closed until Thursday, in order for the cart to be repaired. Luckily, he was not injured.

having "can" in the name of a fruit smoothie stand absolutely makes me want to spend $8 dollars on a smoothie
^weird that you think that way
It's actually partially fresh ingredients. A good part of the smoothie were canned fruit juices. That said, it wasn't a bad smoothie. Just an FYI...
I have noticed an odd trend lately.
Many articles and posts say "WE" should be willing to pay a few extra $$$ for natural, organic, fresh, "real" things like fruit, chicken or water even???
When did real food become a luxury?

Can and Moore are both part of the legal names of the respective owners. It would be like calling Microsoft "GatesAllen".
Very good smoothies. You have to try them.
