the mapping shows it inside the complex, but isn't that a school?
I seem to recall a certain amount of drugsales and prostitution occur at the school there.

Ignore the exact placement of the map pinpoint. I was just mapping the block. That's not a school, it the Youth Services Center. It's a holding center for juvenile suspects. It's a secure site, so I doubt you'd find much prostitution or drug dealing on the campus proper.
