8/28/2014 Lost Cat: Phineas, a 2 year old neutered male Himalayan long hair weighing 6 lbs, last seen on 28th in the alley between 7th and 8th Street off of I Street NE in Washington, DC. Phineas is off white with dark grey legs cat. He's mostly an indoor cat. He's microchipped,
