12:17,
Sexual assault does include rape. You can safely call this man a rapist.

But doesn't "sexual assault" include other things like innappropriate body touching?

"A person shall be imprisoned for any term of years or for life, and in addition, may be fined not more than the amount set forth in § 22‑3571.01, if that person engages in or causes another person to engage in or submit to a sexual act in the following manner:
(1) By using force against that other person;
(2) By threatening or placing that other person in reasonable fear that any person will be subjected to death, bodily injury, or kidnapping;"

and

"(8) "Sexual act" means:
(A) The penetration, however slight, of the anus or vulva of another by a penis;
(B) Contact between the mouth and the penis, the mouth and the vulva, or the mouth and the anus; or
(C) The penetration, however slight, of the anus or vulva by a hand or finger or by any object, with an intent to abuse, humiliate, harass, degrade, or arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person."

Given the charge is a Class A felony with the potential of life, the assailant is likely a very bad person.

Now with MPD promptly notified, use of weapons and a decent description, this will likely be a
priority crime and with DNA they will have good ID on him.

This is not going to be an easy crime to defend.

As always, I will never hesitate to take an opportunity like this to point out how great it is to live in Trinidad.

Trinidad is a rough neighborhood.

Trinidad used to be real dangerous. Drugs,
Cops, Gangs. Now it's a transitional neighborhood.

We looked at some really great properties on the north and South side of Florida.

We liked the ones on the south side, but, i wasn't sure about the idea of going into the alleys on the north side of florida at night, or half the time during the day.

Trinidad is being influenced by the Union Market and the Gateway/Altitude projects. I'm sure the Days Inn will become a office/Residential project soon enough.

4 years ago there were some amazing deals in Trinidad but, it's definitely city kid territory. You want plain vanilla, placid, boring, move to Fairfax. You want housing that may grow in value and provide an urban experience, look anywhere in NE.

People give me static about being on Benning Road, but, I hope it's a good place for us, and will provide a home for many years.

Trinidad has been home to many people. Some Good, Some Bad, many just getting by.

I'm very sorry for the woman who was assaulted, I hope they find that bad person and lock him up.
