I'm not 100% sure about the evil clown thing, but I did see this tent on my way to vote.
The line was quite reasonable when I voted at Trinidad's precinct 77 this morning. Polls are open 7am-8pm today. Don't know your polling place? Get the info here.

I was expecting to see more young people out at the polls because of the legalization vote but I didn't.
I think those strongly for legalization will turn out later... Usually not morning people.
